Terms of Service
1. Service Provider
Hotel2Roo shuttle services are provided exclusively by Hotel 2 Roo Shuttle Service ("Hotel 2 Roo Shuttle Service", "Company", "we", "us"). Participating hotels are not affiliated with, responsible for, or liable for any aspect of the shuttle service. All bookings, complaints, and service issues must be directed solely to Hotel 2 Roo Shuttle Service.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings require full payment at time of reservation. Payment is non-refundable except as specifically outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Prices are subject to change without notice. Hotel 2 Roo Shuttle Service reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must arrive at designated pickup locations 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure
Late arrivals forfeit their seat with no refund or compensation
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times
Disruptive behavior, intoxication, or violations of our conduct policy result in immediate removal without refund
Valid photo ID required for all passengers
4. Service Limitations
Hotel 2 Roo Shuttle Service provides transportation services only. We are not responsible for festival tickets, hotel accommodations, weather delays, traffic conditions, or any circumstances beyond our direct control. Service schedules are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational needs.
5. Liability Limitations
Hotel 2 Roo Shuttle Service's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to missed events, lost profits, or emotional distress. Passengers assume all risks associated with festival attendance.
6. Force Majeure
Hotel 2 Roo Shuttle Service is not responsible for service interruptions due to acts of God, severe weather, government restrictions, festival cancellations, mechanical failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. No refunds will be provided for force majeure events.
7. Modification of Services
Hotel 2 Roo Shuttle Service reserves the right to modify routes, schedules, pickup locations, or cancel services at any time with reasonable notice. Alternative arrangements may be offered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy
Important: No Refunds Within 24 Hours
All sales are final within 24 hours of scheduled pickup time. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided regardless of circumstances.
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
More than 7 days before service: 50% refund (50% administrative fee retained)
3-7 days before service: 25% refund (75% administrative fee retained)
1-3 days before service: No refund (100% forfeiture)
Within 24 hours: No refund under any circumstances
2. No-Show Policy
Passengers who fail to appear at designated pickup locations forfeit their entire payment. No refunds, credits, or makeup services will be provided for no-shows.
3. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If Hotel 2 Roo Shuttle Service cancels service due to mechanical issues, insufficient ridership, or operational constraints, passengers will receive a full refund or credit toward future services at Hotel 2 Roo Shuttle Service's discretion. Hotel 2 Roo Shuttle Service is not liable for any additional costs, expenses, or damages resulting from service cancellations.
4. Festival Cancellation or Postponement
If Bonnaroo is cancelled or postponed, Hotel 2 Roo Shuttle Service will provide credits valid for 12 months toward future services. No cash refunds will be provided for festival-related cancellations or changes.
5. Weather-Related Cancellations
Severe weather cancellations will result in service credits only. Hotel 2 Roo Shuttle Service determines weather safety conditions at our sole discretion. No cash refunds for weather-related service interruptions.
6. Medical or Emergency Cancellations
Medical emergencies require documentation from a licensed physician. Valid medical cancellations more than 48 hours in advance may receive a 25% refund at Hotel 2 Roo Shuttle Service's discretion. No refunds for medical issues within 48 hours of service.
7. Refund Processing
All approved refunds are processed within 30 business days and subject to a $25 processing fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Chargeback disputes will result in immediate ban from all Hotel 2 Roo Shuttle Service services.
